Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by ArQ Lab. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until payment has been processed and the order has been shipped.

 

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax, duties, and shipping charges will be added where applicable. Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Products will be shipped F.O.B. [Shipping Point/Location]. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. ArQ Lab is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only with prior authorization and must comply with our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging. Restocking fees may apply. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.

 

Warranty

All products are sold subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. ArQ Lab makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArQ Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase, use, or inability to use our products.

Purchasers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards when installing or using our products.

 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to conflict of law rules.
